We specialise in medium and large scale projects, be they commercial office spaces for premium clients such as ANZ and Clayton Utz in Sydney and BHP Billiton and Herbert Smith Freehills in Brisbane, or Public Private Partnerships such as the new Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) for Peter McCallum and the Federal and Victorian Governments in Melbourne. We also create residential developments, for a range of different clients, such as the Soul and Oracle developments on the Gold Coast.
Our core values of safety, community, sustainability and innovation drive everything we do and are demonstrated though all of our most iconic projects, such as: Pixel, the MCG Northern Stand and AAMI Park in Melbourne; No. 1 Martin Place, Legion House and 1 Bligh Street in Sydney and our Common Ground Projects in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. We believe the future should be exciting as well as incredibly safe, sustainable, innovative and that they should give back to the community in which they are created - and we're not afraid to set the standards that guide others to that reality.
At Grocon, we put people first and this starts inside our business, with our employees. Our working culture is one of collaboration, where people are encouraged to work together and demonstrate their passion for the work they do. Our clients and partners tell us that our approach is a little bit different to the rest of the industry and we embrace this through 'The Grocon Way'.
We have been actively developing in Queensland since 2010 most recently on 55 Elizabeth Street and 480 Queen Street in Brisbane. We are excited to be developing Parklands, in collaboration with the Queensland Government, which will be transformed into the Athletes Village during the 2018 Commonwealth Games ®.
